Negative Westmore Beauty Body Coverage Perfector reviews

I purchased from Facebook advert. After receiving, I used it under my eyes. It didn’t work. I contacted Westmore Beauty. They asked me not to return the product and they will refund you within 7 to 10 working days. I didn’t receive the refund. Then I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Westmore Beauty refused to refund me and said I hadn’t returned the product within the prescribed time. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM WESTMORE! They are selling crap products and their customer service is bad and the money-back guarantee by them is also a fraud!

Molly S.

I had a very terrible experience with Westmore Beauty. They charged me three times for a product that was completely different from what they advertised. I asked for a refund because the product was useless (I didn’t even open the second package), but they refused to give me my money back. When I requested a cancellation, they tried to charge me twice more. To make matters worse, even though I never received a refund or cancellation, they sent my account to a scam debt collection agency called Northshore.

Sal A.

Do not ever try to buy from this company. They repeatedly send and charge you for the products, and also refuses to cancel the subscription despite multiple attempts. They directed me to fill an online form, which did not work, and upon calling for assistance, they kept on hold for a long period of time. The phone number listed online do not work either. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Patty B.

I ordered from then on May 17, 2023. Nothing is received as of June 5, 2023. Whenever I called them, they promised to call back with the order status, but no update as yet. I am thinking that I was scammed for $40. I don’t recommend this company.

Melanie B.

I acted like an idiot and ordered from them. I haven’t yet received anything. They only delivered the freebies and not the actual product. I called them immediately & realized at that time that they are scamming me. Asked them to send me nothing and thank God that I am safe and I saved myself from being sucked more. I have Amex card and used the same for this transaction. They are good and always protect you in these types of situations. I don’t know why they are even allowed to advertise this type of stuff.

Winnie D.

I spent $40 on a makeup cream and the company checked a subscribe button without my permission and knowledge. Now, they’re continuously charging me every month for additional products. I need return labels to get a refund.

On BBB Website a customer filed a complaint:

“I have been unable to cancel my subscription since June. I never made an account and can’t access anything. The company only provided a “no-reply” email for contact, making it impossible to cancel. I’m being charged $41 every month and this is my last resort.”

There are a small number of positive reviews also. Some of them are as follows.

Their bubble scrub is very good. I have bumps on my arm, which are not acne. It worked on it and its kind of cool when I used the scrub, my arms felt smoother instantly.

Clara R.

This has Amazingly good results which last all day. My skin is oily therefore I was astonished by the results. The best products are in the 5-pack. I like that it is tinted.

Jaeda E.

I am 69 years old. My veins are covered better by Westmore Beauty products. I will be their repeat customer. Who cares if it is expansive when the results are perfect?

KJ G.

I don’t know why they have a very low rating. I’m quite pleased with their products. I kinda love the way their products are beneficial for makeup.

Inna F.
Their rating on their own Facebook page is 4.3 for 43 reviews given by customers.

Another way of secure online shopping is to use a strong and unique password. Don’t use easily detectable passwords like “123456,” “password,” or your name. Instead, use a password that is a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and also special characters.
