Negative Reviews on Facebook

My hubby gifted me a multicolored bracelet, which was expensive, a year ago. It is very beautiful but unfortunately, it is not for daily use as claimed by them. In the first 3 months, it is broken. When I contacted them, it took a long time to receive a reply from them. They refused to take responsibility for the workmanship………… Continued…..

By Nancy J Zeller-Landau:

Very poor-quality products and tone-deaf customer service. After less than a year two stones fell from a gold band I wore very less. I sent pictures of these and got a reply to send it back. I was asked to pay the shipping and later on, I asked them to cover the shipping because the ring is less than a year old. They agreed. After a month of receiving the ring, another stone fell off.

I was very disappointed at this time. The quality of their product is very poor. I again contacted them and they replied to send the ring back and pay the shipping and replacement stone. Their product quality is very poor. This company is not recommended from my side.

By Miranda Ganzer:

Their designs are cute, the prices are very high, and the quality of products is low. The customer service is very difficult to tackle. After a couple of wearing, the hinge of my Huggies got loose and it kept falling from my ears. I was asked to pay $40 for the workmanship along with $18 for the shipping fee.

Very bad customer service and product quality.

By Johanna Bialous

The design are superb but the product quality is very poor.

By Henry Bangert

The package was sent back because I was not home at the time of delivery. They are demanding shipping fee to deliver again. Now, I see so many bad reviews and regret that why I ordered from them.

By Jennifer Frazier Bernstein

Customer Service of this company is a joke. They have no feelings about customers. Their product quality is also very poor. Money is all what they want. They astoundingly lack integrity. Not recommended at all. Go for the cracker jack box instead for better pieces :-D.

By Carolyn Sloan

Oh My God. The same bullshit is experienced by me. They have no feelings for their customers and clearly have no faith in the products of their own.

“Annalisa Tkacheff” replied to the above comment of “Carolyn Sloan”

Positive Reviews on Facebook

I am unable to understand why the negative reviews are here. These are spam for sure. I received a couple of amazing gifts from my hubby that he bought from here. The first one is beautiful tennis earrings made of emerald and the second one is a tennis bracelet made of emerald which is also amazing. Both of them are so beautiful!!! The fittings are perfect with beautiful stones. Since February, I have been wearing the bracelet continuously. It’s perfect! There are no problems with both items. I would love to receive a gift from this company at any time.

Does anyone know how to contact them? $1300 is spent by me and the necklace looks disgusting and different from the picture on the site. I should have read the reviews before placing the order.
